Even though the volatile actor has been in trouble with the law....it's always been because of paparazzi's involvement. There's a certain line between, taking pics, and literally getting in the way of an actor's life. In this case, there are things that I really don't side with the actor, but getting in one's personal space and life. He does have a right to defend it.....not only as a part of the US constitution, but everyone's right. Penn was sentenced to three years probation and 36 hours of anger management sessions as part of a plea deal with prosecutors. And he was not present at the time of the ruling, but pleaded with his lawyers. On this ocassion, I do side with the actor myself. You go, and do he right thing Mr. Penn.
